What this page covers

This describes the forms on this website. It does not describe things that happen away from it: conversations, phone calls or sessions on the ground.

What we ask for

Different forms ask for different things. None of them asks for a payment detail, and none of them creates an account.

Asking about a trial for your child

On the home page we ask for your name, your phone number, your child’s age group (4–6 or 7–9) and the community or area you are in. The enquiry form on the trials page asks for the same things.

We do not ask for your child’s name, their date of birth or their exact age, and these forms do not ask for medical or health information.

Asking about a trial for a community

We ask for your name, phone number, area, the name of the community, and optionally your role there. The separate enquiry form for hosting a hub also asks for an email address, a pincode, roughly how many children might take part, and a description of the space.

Asking about a trial for a school

We ask for your name, phone number, area, the name of the school, and optionally your role and which format interests you, during school hours, after school, or simply a discussion.

Applying to become a Captain

We ask for your name, phone number, area, your background in movement or sport, when you are available, and why you want to do it. The longer application form also asks for an email address, your education, your experience working with children, and whether you can travel. If someone referred you, there is a space for their code.

What is recorded alongside it

When you submit any form, three other things are recorded with it: which page you submitted from, the time you submitted, and, if you arrived through a link carrying campaign tags, or from another website, those tags and the address of the site that linked to you.

Those campaign tags are kept in your browser’s session storage while you look around, and reach us only if you then submit a form. Your browser discards them when you close the tab.

Why we use it

To reply to you about the enquiry or application you sent, and to work out where a trial could run. Your phone number is how we reply.

None of these forms asks you to opt in to marketing, and none of them sends you anything automatically. There is no newsletter and no automated message. submitting a form does not sign you up to anything.

Who else handles it

Submissions are sent to and stored in Google Sheets, using Google’s Apps Script service. That means Google processes and holds this information on our behalf. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone else for their own marketing.

This website is served by a hosting provider, which, like any web host, can see the technical details of a request, such as the address it came from.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or analytics service. There are no tracking pixels and no embedded third-party widgets. The only thing stored in your browser is the campaign information described above, and only when you arrive through a tagged link.

Spam protection

Each form carries a hidden field that people cannot see and automated scripts tend to fill in; submissions that fill it are discarded. We also limit how many submissions can come from one internet connection in a short period. To do that we convert the connection’s address into a scrambled value held briefly in memory. The address itself is not stored and is never sent to the spreadsheet.

Photographs

The pictures on this website are generated reference images used while real photography is prepared. They are not photographs of children who attend Baselete.

Asking us about your details

To ask what we hold, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, email hello@baselete.fit or message us on WhatsApp at +91 88869 07272. Tell us the name and phone number you used, so we can find the right entry.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry and application information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage follow-up and maintain necessary operational records. You may ask us to correct or delete your information by contacting hello@baselete.fit.
